The Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction, running this year from Tuesday, Dec. 10 through Friday, Dec 13, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Belknap Marketplace, announces that starting at 8 a.m. on Black Friday, Nov. 29, any registered auction bidder can go online to ChildrensAuction.org and bid early on high-value items. Even place a max bid if you choose on any and all items and receive a text if you are outbid.
New items are being added every day. Early auction bidding on items is open to everyone who creates an online account at ChildrensAuction.org. All items will close during the auction.
The auction is still looking for items of any value for this year’s event. While many items have been received at this time, there is a need for thousands of items to raise enough money to meet the needs of the community.
Auction leaders will collect new, unused, unwrapped items right up to the week of the auction. Gift cards, electronics, tools, toys, sporting goods and household items all bring the highest bids. Click here for a list of donation drop-off sites throughout the Lakes Region.
Also we will have a collection drop-off at The Belknap Marketplace in Belmont on Nov 23 & 29 -30 from 9am-1pm and again on Dec 7-9th from 9am-`pm.
